Orphan Home Construction

Our Goal is to Build 10 Orphan House:

We currently have 1Rented orphan house that is changing the lives of children in Uganda; but we have a long way to go. Our goal is to RAISE $10,000 TO purchase A Land and build another 10 houses by 2023 year with the ultimate goal being 50 in total.

Each house will accommodate 10 children. A trained single or widowed mother will be placed in each home to raise these precious children in a godly way. The orphans will receive parental love, discipline, health care, and education. What a better way to raise a generation that will seek and serve the Lord!

Due to current the economic situation the cost per home has increased. Each 4- room house will be built and furnished for approximately $15,000. We will recognize the sponsor of an entire home by having the home named in their honor.

House Sponsorship

Each home needs a sponsor to support ongoing maintenance and upgrades. $100 a month will cover costs for minor repairs, painting, household items, etc.

Orphan Sponsorship

•        Individuals providing individual child sponsorships.

•         Your organization providing sponsorships for multiple children.

•        Sponsorships for supporting “foster” Ugandan families.

•        One time donations – for children or needed services and/or materials (just once, annually, etc.)

•        Raising awareness/getting others to sponsor/donate.

•        Sending needed materials (clothes, books, etc.)

•         Contribute to our orphanage building fund.

Sponsor a Child and Change not only a life but a Nation.

LTBMI’s orphan program differs from others in that we care for the whole child rather than just one or two aspects. Your sponsorship will help care for a child in the following ways:

*Provide 3meals a day*provide shelter*medical*clothing*education

The children live in a 4-room home which consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 great room. Each home has a house Mum who provides daily care and raises the children in a Christian environment.

Children of school age are provided an education and in the future, LTBMI will be organizing a vocational training program to provide the necessary skills to transition the child into the community.

In order to provide these services, each child requires a financial sponsor.
$30 a month will allow you to share in the cost of supporting a child.

Orphan home sponsors have the first opportunity to sponsor the individual orphans.

Given the goal of 20 orphan houses, we will need God to raise up sponsors for up to 6000 orphans.

Orphan House Moms

Each orphan home will have a single Mother to provide daily care and love to the 12 orphans. Many of these Moms are widows, so this construction effort also benefits them.

LTBMI coordinates programs specifically targeting these house Moms:

• Prayer teams
• Special gift events from orphan sponsors
  (Birthday and Christmas)
• Parenting counseling
• House Mom Sponsorship:

$30 per month will allow you to share in the cost of house mom expenses such as food, medical and a modest salary
